Services
Direct Windows provides window and door replacement and related services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. All services are subject to a written quote and agreement prior to the commencement of any work.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes and estimates provided through this website, by phone, or in person are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding contract. No agreement exists until a written quote has been provided and accepted by both you and Direct Windows.
- Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Quoted prices are fixed for the scope of work described. Changes to scope will be discussed and re-quoted before any additional work proceeds.
- Pricing does not include unforeseen structural issues discovered during installation that were not visible or disclosed at the time of quoting.
Warranty
Every installation includes a written warranty covering both product and workmanship, with the specific terms set out in your written agreement. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modification, or acts of nature.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, photographs, and design — is the property of Direct Windows & Doors or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Limitation of liability
